Job summary
Pierce Washington is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect specialized in Salesforce Revenue Cloud to design and deliver end-to-end Q2C automation. You will guide consultants and developers, lead discovery workshops, and ensure solution alignment with client requirements across ERP integrations.
You will work 100% remotely with travel up to 25% depending on client needs, collaborating in a fast-moving tech environment and influencing project outcomes with best practices in CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of Salesforce industry experience in a consulting capacity.
- 3+ years hands-on CPQ, Billing, and Experience Cloud experience (preferred).
- Experience on 4+ quote-to-cash CPQ projects with ERP integrations.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Q2C automation using Salesforce Revenue Cloud from discovery to implementation.
- Gather, translate, and document business requirements into architected solutions.
- Lead discovery workshops and high-level integration discussions with ERP and other systems.
- Coach consultants and developers on declarative configurations and customizations.
- Provide detailed level-of-effort estimates and present solution options to clients.
