Job summary

Division of Occupational Licensure (DOL) is seeking a Project Manager to lead a major Salesforce/LPI modernization initiative. The role focuses on managing technology implementation, aligning business and technical needs, and ensuring timely delivery across multi-workstream efforts.

The ideal candidate will have extensive IT project management experience in large software deployments, strong attention to deliverables, and a track record of driving vendors to successful outcomes with clear KPI

Qualifications

Minimum 5–8 years of IT project management in large, multi-workstream environments.
Experience coordinating business, technical, and vendor stakeholders.
Strong issue/risk management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define scope, objectives, deliverables and milestones with stakeholders.
Create and maintain project documents, plans and status reports.
Load and track schedules in PMO reporting tools.
Manage scope, schedule, budget and resources with high stakeholder satisfaction.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams across Commonwealth agencies.
Develop acceptance test plans and drive testing/validation.
Ensure team access to systems and project demos.
Maintain budgets and track vendor invoices.
