Nava is a consultancy and public benefit corporation seeking a Product Manager to drive our vision for improved digital government services. You will collaborate with government partners and Nava’s engineering, design, and business teams to shape features, scope, and outcomes, while aligning with ongoing contracts and future opportunities.

Formación

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on Salesforce-based products.
• Hands-on understanding of the Salesforce data model, including objects, fields, relationships, record types, and page layouts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience running and/or shipping consumer web applications.
• Ability to generate very strong product plans and build buy-in across the team and government partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical, UX, and PM trade-offs; able to fill gaps and structure action plans.
• Ability to identify market trends and adapt plans for future expectations.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Work authorization that doesn't require visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
• May be subject to a government background check or security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Define the direction, scope, and priority of projects, from high-level initiatives to features and business metrics.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and ship projects.
• Proactively socialize, iterate on, and build buy-in for product initiatives with the team, government partners, and other contractors.
• Collaborate with the project management team to prioritize roadmaps and inbound work.
• Represent Nava’s outcome-centric and user-centric approach in discovery meetings with agencies and contractors.
• Measure product progress toward business goals or user needs and translate data insights into action.
