Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Product Manager to drive product strategy for Salesforce-based platforms. You will work with government partners and Nava's engineering, design, and business teams to scope features, set direction, and measure impact on contracts.

The role supports multiple projects and may be full-time or contingent depending on contracts. You’ll shoulder end-to-end product ownership, collaborating with partners to align priorities, gather requirements, and socialize

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on Salesforce-based products.
• Hands-on understanding of the Salesforce data model, including objects, fields, relationships, record types, and page layouts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience running and/or shipping consumer web applications.
• Ability to generate strong product plans and build buy-in across teams and partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for trade-offs and plans.
• Ability to identify market trends and update plans accordingly.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not required.

Responsibilities

• Define direction, scope, and priority of projects from high-level initiatives to features and business metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and ship projects.
• Socialize and iterate on product initiatives with teams, government partners, and contractors.
• Prioritize roadmaps and inbound work with the project management team.
• Represent Nava’s outcome- and user-centric approach in discovery with agencies and contractors.
• Measure progress toward business goals and translate data insights into action.
