Job summary

Abnormal AI is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator/Developer to own our core Salesforce platform. You will be the principal owner of configuration, security, data access, and third-party integrations, building declarative and code-based solutions to maximize Salesforce value.

You will partner with IT, Security, and RevOps to ensure governance and scale toward IPO readiness, while AI-driven tooling accelerates configuration, coding, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce Admin/Dev experience managing production orgs with multiple integrations.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator required.
• Ability to configure declaratively and write code (Apex, LWC, SOQL).
• Deep Salesforce security knowledge: roles, profiles, sharing, SSO/SCIM, least-privilege.
• Experience with AppExchange integrations, installation, upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Experience with sandbox management, change sets or DevOps deployment tooling and release management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end administration of Abnormal's core Salesforce platform: user provisioning, roles, profiles, and security.
• Lead platform configuration: custom objects/fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and Flow automation.
• Design and maintain Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL to extend platform capabilities.
• Own integration layer to third-party tools and AppExchange packages, including health monitoring.
• Enforce Salesforce security best practices: IP/login restrictions, least-privilege access, and audits.
• Manage release lifecycle: sandbox strategy, CI/CD tooling, and seasonal platform updates.
• Monitor health and performance; resolve incidents and optimize API usage and automation.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and GRC to support SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and FedRAMP requirements.
