Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Salesforce Engineer to provide hands-on technical leadership in a global, highly regulated healthcare environment. You will design and implement scalable Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud solutions.

You will mentor engineers, drive SDLC best practices, and govern data sharing, security, and AI-assisted development while collaborating with architects and product owners.

Qualifications

6+ years in software engineering with deep Salesforce experience.
Expert-level Apex, LWC, SOQL and security modeling.
Strong DevOps/CI-CD and automated testing in Salesforce.
Enterprise integration experience with REST/SOAP and events.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud.
Implement robust security patterns and data sharing across orgs.
Lead SDLC practices including CI/CD, testing, release management.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship.
Integrate data using Data Cloud and AI-assisted tooling while ensuring governance.
