Job summary

Trew is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to design, configure, and manage its growing Salesforce environment. You will lead the net-new org standup, migrate data from the legacy system, and establish a consolidated CRM for Sales, Marketing, LSS, and Customer Experience.

You will own security models, coordinate Oracle EBS integration via Dell Boomi, manage releases, and work with developers on Apex and Lightning enhancements to support company growth from Olde West Chester, Ohio.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration in mid-market/enterprise.
• Salesforce Admin cert ADM 201 required; ADM 211 preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce data migration, incl. Salesforce-to-Salesforce or carve-out migrations.
• Knowledge of ServiceMax or similar field service packages.
• Experience with integration platforms connecting Salesforce to ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Data Loader, Dataflow, or ETL tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and sharing rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead net-new Salesforce org standup including security model, profiles, permission sets, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows.
• Execute data migration from legacy orgs including standard objects and non-standard objects from managed packages.
• Coordinate with integration teams to establish real-time and batch integrations between Salesforce and ERP systems.
• Deploy and configure ServiceMax in the new org for work orders, contracts, and entitlements.
• Rebuild Conga templates for quotes, contracts, and proposals.
• Define and execute user acceptance testing with Sales, LSS, and Customer Experience stakeholders.
• Serve as primary Salesforce platform owner across ~300–500 users; manage provisioning and security.
• Administer releases, sandbox management, and change control processes.
• Build reports, dashboards, and analytics for Sales, LSS, and leadership.
• Partner with developers on Apex and Lightning enhancements; manage vendor relationships.
• Support future Salesforce CPQ evaluation and deployment.
