Job summary

Colorado Springs Utilities is seeking a Salesforce Platform & Integration Lead to administer and develop Salesforce across the enterprise, guiding integrations and architecture. You will lead a team of developers, analysts, and vendors, driving secure, scalable solutions and helping migrate toward MuleSoft while maintaining BizTalk and Azure API Management during the transition.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and developing on Salesforce: config, security, data models, automation.
• Hands-on Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, testing, source control, and CI/CD.
• Ability to design reliable Salesforce solutions and integrations with security considerations.
• Experience supporting production apps/integrations: monitoring, incident response, RCA, release validation.
• Strong communication, documentation, collaboration, mentoring, troubleshooting, and vendor management.
• Ability to work with product owners, analysts, developers, cybersecurity, infrastructure, vendors, and business teams to deliver secure enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Salesforce environments, including users, roles, profiles, and data quality.
• Design and develop Salesforce solutions using declarative capabilities and custom development.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and establish standards for Salesforce and integration delivery.
• Define Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, engineering standards, and release practices.
• Plan migration of legacy integrations toward MuleSoft while supporting BizTalk/Azure API Management.
