Job summary

iShift in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Salesforce Application Developer to join a cross-functional team supporting mission-critical apps. You will design, develop, and maintain applications across Salesforce, MuleSoft, SQL Server and Oracle, with emphasis on APIs and integrations.

The ideal candidate has lead-level Salesforce implementation experience, expertise in Public Sector solutions, and strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Lead Developer on Salesforce implementations.
• Strong Salesforce development, configuration, and administration.
• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
• Strong experience developing Salesforce APIs and integrations.
• Advanced MuleSoft development and integration experience.
• Strong SQL experience (MS SQL Server / Oracle).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and source-control.
• Ability to analyze, reverse-engineer, refactor existing apps.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain applications across Salesforce, MuleSoft, MS SQL Server, and Oracle.
• Develop and support Salesforce Public Sector Solutions applications and APIs.
• Lead Salesforce implementations and application development projects.
• Collaborate with analysts and users to translate requirements into solutions.
• Reverse engineer code to identify issues and implement enhancements.
• Refactor existing systems to improve performance and maintainability.
• Design and develop MuleSoft integrations and APIs.
• Follow Agile practices and maintain technical documentation.
