Job summary

AbbVie US Commercial BTS seeks a Principal Engineer, Salesforce to lead the OnePRM architecture and engineering strategy. You will orchestrate planning, design, integration, and operations of Patient Services solutions across a large user base, driving modernization, security, and compliance while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in CRM architecture and Salesforce platform.
• Experience leading enterprise projects with multi-team delivery.
• Healthcare or life sciences domain experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data integration, security, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own system architecture and engineering standards for OnePRM platform.
• Lead multiple PODs across architecture, development, QA, and DevOps.
• Oversee multi-year roadmap including modernization and migrations.
• Drive CI/CD/CT modernization and shift-left testing practices.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliant release processes.
• Collaborate with leaders to align investments with enterprise priorities.
