Job summary

Daikin Comfort is seeking a Salesforce Platform Architect Lead to provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for Salesforce solutions. You will ensure alignment with the enterprise architecture and business strategy while leading a team of Salesforce architects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design scalable, robust Salesforce solutions, oversee governance, and drive strategic adoption of Salesforce capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem.
Proven leadership in Salesforce or CRM platform architecture.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, patterns and best practices.
Advanced Salesforce certifications are highly desired.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate a vision for the Salesforce platform aligned with IT and business strategy.
Lead architectural design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions with best practices.
Mentor and develop a team of Salesforce architects; manage workloads and health.
Collaborate with business leaders to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
Oversee integration designs across platforms to ensure interoperability and scalability.
Monitor Salesforce updates and features to maximize business value.
