Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to design data models, system architectures, and integrations to meet business needs in a complex healthcare environment. You will lead Salesforce configuration and development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, while collaborating with admins to maximize out-of-the-box features.

Responsibilities

• Design data models, system architectures, and integrations to meet business needs
• Leads the configuration and customization of Salesforce applications, including Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other declarative features
• Collaborates with administrators to ensure the effective use of out-of-the-box Salesforce features
• Designs and implements integrations between Salesforce and other systems, both internal and external
• Develops strategies for data migration, transformation, and cleansing
• Defines and enforces governance policies related to Salesforce development and deployment
• Ensures compliance with security standards and best practices
• Works closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints
• Provides technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices, coding standards, and overall quality of deliverables
• Mentors administrators in Salesforce technologies
• Stays abreast of Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends
