CVS Health is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to design data models, architectures, and integrations that meet business needs. You will lead Salesforce development, including Apex code and Lightning components, while collaborating with admins to optimize out-of-the-box features.

You will architect end-to-end solutions, enforce governance, and mentor admins, staying current with Salesforce updates and industry trends to ensure secure, scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7+ years of related experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
• Experience with integration tools and migration, transformation, and cleansing strategies.
• Platform Developer II Certification and Salesforce project experience.

Responsibilities

• Design data models, system architectures, and integrations to meet business needs.
• Lead the configuration and customization of Salesforce applications including Apex and Lightning components.
• Collaborate with admins to maximize out-of-the-box Salesforce features.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Develop strategies for data migration, transformation, and cleansing.
• Define and enforce governance policies for Salesforce development and deployment.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Work with business analysts and project managers to understand requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor administrators in Salesforce technologies.
