• Designs and implements integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Develops strategies for data migration, transformation, and cleansing.
• Defines and enforces governance policies for Salesforce development and deployment.
• Ensures security standards and best practices are followed.
• Works with analysts, PMs, and stakeholders to understand requirements and constraints.
• Provides technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
