Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Senior Salesforce Architect to design data models, system architectures, and integrations aligned with business goals. You will lead Salesforce configurations, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, while guiding best practices and governance.

You will collaborate with admins and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, mentor teams, stay current with Salesforce updates, and ensure security standards and data integrity across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Designs data models, system architectures, and integrations to meet business needs
• Leads the configuration and customization of Salesforce applications, including Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other declarative features
• Collaborates with administrators to ensure the effective use of out-of-the-box Salesforce features
• Designs and implements integrations between Salesforce and other systems, both internal and external
• Develops strategies for data migration, transformation, and cleansing
• Defines and enforces governance policies related to Salesforce development and deployment
• Ensures compliance with security standards and best practices
• Works closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints
• Provides technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices, coding standards, and overall quality of deliverables
• Mentors administrators in Salesforce technologies
• Stays abreast of Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends
