CVS Health is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to design data models, architectures, and integrations that meet business needs. The role leads Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning developments while collaborating with admins to leverage standard features.

You will drive data migration strategies, enforce governance, ensure security, and mentor teams, staying current with platform updates and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7+ years of related Salesforce experience.
• Experience with integration tools and technologies.
• Experience with migration, transformation, and cleansing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Designs data models, system architectures, and integrations to meet business needs.
• Leads the configuration and customization of Salesforce applications, including Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other declarative features.
• Collaborates with administrators to ensure the effective use of out-of-the-box Salesforce features.
• Designs and implements integrations between Salesforce and other systems, both internal and external.
• Develops strategies for data migration, transformation, and cleansing.
• Defines and enforces governance policies related to Salesforce development and deployment.
• Ensures compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Works closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
• Provides technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices, coding standards, and overall quality of deliverables.
• Mentors administrators in Salesforce technologies.
• Stays abreast of Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
