Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe in the United States seeks a full-time, remote Senior Salesforce Administrator/Developer to optimize fundraising, communications, and operations through nonprofit-focused configuration and automation.

The ideal candidate holds a Salesforce Administrator Certification, has 3+ years of NPSP experience, mastery of Flow Builder, and familiarity with Account Engagement (Pardot); Apex, LWC, and Visualforce skills are a bonus.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
• 3+ years of hands-on NPSP experience is required.
• Extensive Flow Builder experience to design and implement complex automations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce NPSP administration for donor & constituent management.
• Design and implement advanced automations using Flow Builder.
• Configure and optimize Account Engagement (Pardot) for donor communications.
• Maintain data integrity with validation rules and deduplication.
• Create reports and dashboards to support decisions.
• Collaborate with staff to translate ministry needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Assist integrations with third-party apps and APIs.
• Develop optional custom functionality in Apex, LWC, or Visualforce if applicable.
