Job summary

Better Impact is seeking a Senior Full Stack Salesforce Developer to evolve the HandsOn Connect platform across Salesforce, .NET services, and Azure infrastructure. You will troubleshoot, implement, and optimize across Apex, LWC, and 2GP/unlocked packages, while collaborating with HandsOn Connect and CX teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Professional experience developing with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including flows and objects.
• Proven experience with C#/.NET applications or services.
• Working knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure and APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce managed packages (1GP/2GP) or migrations.
• Strong debugging instincts and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical teammates.

Responsibilities

• Own complex technical escalations including Apex and LWC fixes.
• Build and maintain Salesforce solutions across Apex, LWC, and automation.
• Maintain and extend .NET services for data integrations.
• Support Azure infrastructure including Blob Storage and APIs.
• Diagnose issues and decide configuration vs code vs integration fixes.
• Work across legacy 1GP and modern 2GP packages, including migrations.
• Collaborate with CX and Salesforce Admin teams on escalated cases.
• Provide development input for proposed solutions for client projects.
