Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development experience.
Experience creating and optimizing customer journeys using SFMC tools.
Strong SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, HTML/CSS skills for data-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy customer journeys in SFMC with Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
Lead end-to-end delivery of Marketing Cloud solutions from requirements to post-launch monitoring.
Develop personalized content using AMPscript, SSJS, HTML/CSS and data extensions.
Manage SFMC environments, security, subscriber model, and data governance.
Ensure CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance for campaigns.
