Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Senior Manager Architect to own the solution vision for large, multi-workstream programs. You will guide architects and leads, and work with VP/Director-level stakeholders to translate strategic intent into architecture direction.

You will mentor talent, collaborate with alliance teams, and contribute to RFPs and client offerings, shaping the future of Life Sciences CRM solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive Salesforce delivery experience in architecture or senior leadership roles.
• Experience architecting and delivering multiple large Salesforce programs in Life Sciences or regulated industries.
• Experience leading delivery using Agile, hybrid, or scaled Agile frameworks at program scale (e.g., SAFe).
• Experience leveraging AI/ML capabilities within Life Sciences commercial solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Own the overall solution architecture vision for large-scale Salesforce Life Sciences programs, ensuring coherence across design, data strategy, and integrations.
• Serve as senior liaison between business leadership and technical delivery teams, translating strategy into architecture direction.
• Lead architecture governance, setting standards and making binding decisions on platform direction.
• Act as primary escalation point for delivery teams and align stakeholders on path forward.
• Mentor and develop Manager-level Solution Architects and senior leads to grow talent in the practice.
• Partner with alliance teams and Salesforce vendors to shape the solution approach and leverage platform capabilities.
• Contribute to pursuit phases with architecture sections of RFP responses and client demonstrations.
