Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Functional Architect at the Senior Manager level to own the overall solution vision for large, multi-workstream programs. You will guide architects, translate strategy into architecture, and drive design decisions across business and technology teams.

You will mentor senior leads, partner with alliance and product teams, and contribute to RFPs and client demos while advancing Life Sciences solutions.

Qualifications

10+ years of Salesforce delivery and solution architecture experience.
Experience with Life Sciences Salesforce programs or regulated industries.
Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud/Health Cloud or pharma CRM.
Experience leading delivery using Agile, hybrid, or scaled Agile frameworks at program scale.

Responsibilities

Own the overall solution architecture vision for large-scale Salesforce Life Sciences programs across design, data, and integration.
Serve as the senior liaison translating business strategy into architecture direction and guiding delivery teams.
Lead architecture governance, set standards, conduct design reviews, and make platform decisions.
