Job summary

Hitachi Digital Services, a global digital solutions provider, is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Architect to lead and escalate Salesforce and boundary applications within a managed services environment.

You will provide technical leadership across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, APIs, and integrations, driving stability and integration excellence for enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with demonstrated technical leadership in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, platform architecture, security, automation, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP services, Apex, Flow, data models, and enterprise integration frameworks.
• Experience reviewing solution designs, architecture, production support issues, and technical implementation approaches.
• Ability to quickly learn new applications, understand business processes, and perform impact analysis across complex application ecosystems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical lead and escalation point for Salesforce and all boundary applications within the managed services environment.
• Provide technical leadership across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Account Engagement, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, and related integrations.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform technical triage, identify root causes, and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and SMEs through resolution.
• Assess the impact of Salesforce releases, managed package updates, application upgrades, and integration changes across the ecosystem.
• Maintain application inventories, integration documentation, dependency maps, runbooks, and support knowledge bases.
• Develop working knowledge of integrated platforms including Gainsight, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Profound, Qualified, Everstage, AEM, Synthesia, Cvent, Salesloft, Qualtrics, Qvidian, and Google Analytics.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, providing guidance on incidents, risks, enhancements, dependencies, and platform health.
