Job summary

Simplus, An Infosys Company, seeks a Lead Salesforce Developer to provide technical leadership, guide engineering standards, and drive the evolution of our enterprise Salesforce ecosystem in Bellevue, WA.

You will design and build Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and platform APIs; mentor teams; own CI/CD pipelines with GitLab and Salesforce DX; and champion secure, scalable delivery in Agile environments.

Qualifications

4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with senior/lead roles.
Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flow, custom metadata, and platform automation.
Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, Platform Events).
Experience leading teams in Agile/Scrum with sprint ceremonies.
Proven track record delivering high-quality releases with ownership of deadlines.
Salesforce Experience Cloud is required.
Github Copilot to accelerate Salesforce development.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership across multiple Salesforce initiatives aligned with enterprise architecture.
Mentor developers, conduct reviews, and share best practices.
Lead design and development of complex Salesforce apps using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and APIs.
Architect reusable components and scalable integrations; enhance CI/CD pipelines.
Oversee code quality, performance, security, and scalability in releases.
