Job summary

Allegis Group seeks a Senior Salesforce Lead Application Developer to drive architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions. You will mentor a multi-person team, set coding standards, and collaborate with UX, product, and architecture teams to deliver high-quality features.

The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, extensive integration experience (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP), and strong DevOps discipline in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years Salesforce declarative development (Process Builder/Workflows/Flows, Lightning App Builder).
• 3+ years web app development with JavaScript, CSS, HTML and OOP (SOLID).
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, security, sharing rules, user management.
• Experience integrating MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, messaging, SSO.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, GitHub Actions, Salesforce DX).
• Nice to have: Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Clouds.
