Aledade is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer/Architect to lead design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. The role focuses on architectural guidance, performance, security, and governance, with mentoring for development teams.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of Salesforce experience, relevant certifications, and strong expertise in integration, data modeling, and system design.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce Developer/Architect experience.
• Salesforce Admin, Sr. Admin, Developer, Platform, App Architect certifications (Preferred).
• Strong experience in integration patterns, data modeling, and system design.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom apps.
• Mentor development teams and define architectural designs, build plans, release strategies, and technical specifications.
• Manage integrations with upstream/downstream systems and third-party services, ensuring data governance during implementation.
• Define and document architectural standards to ensure governance and quality across projects.
