Job summary
Gallagher Bassett seeks a Salesforce Senior Application Developer to own the enterprise Salesforce Platform, focusing on Revenue Cloud Advanced/CPQ. You will define scalable end-to-end technical designs and governance, guiding a cross-functional team of engineers and QA to deliver high‑quality Salesforce solutions with declarative and programmatic approaches.

Qualifications
- Experienced Salesforce Architect with end‑to‑end design capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of Revenue Cloud/CPQ and Salesforce platform
- Hands‑on development experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, flows
- Experience in integration via REST/SOAP APIs and data migration
- Ability to lead technical reviews and mentor junior developers
Responsibilities
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Define technical architecture across Salesforce capabilities including Revenue Cloud Advanced.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
- Lead solution design sessions and architectural reviews.
- Mentor developers and collaborate across Agile teams.
