Job summary

UKG is seeking a Salesforce Lead Developer to drive complex development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud. You will build modern Lightning Web Components, mentor teammates, and ensure scalable Salesforce solutions powering UKG go-to-market operations.

You will lead end-to-end features with Apex, LWC, and Flow, configure CPQ/Revenue Cloud, and integrate with external systems using Informatica. A strong emphasis on quality, CI/CD (Gearset), and code reviews shapes this role.

Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on Salesforce Apex, LWC and Flow development.
Experience configuring Salesforce CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud.
Practical integration of Salesforce with external systems using Informatica.
Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and performance best practices.
Proficient in Gearset for CI/CD automation and release management.
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is required.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of Salesforce features and enhancements with Apex, LWC and Flow.
Build sophisticated LWC components for high-performance UX.
Configure and customize CPQ and Revenue Cloud to support quote-to-cash.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts and QA to deliver solutions.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems using Informatica for ETL and data sync.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Gearset for deployments.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Troubleshoot performance and scale issues; stay current with Salesforce releases.
Identify opportunities for platform enhancements and best practices.
