Job summary

Razor is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to support SFDC development and integration in a large enterprise environment. You will design and implement solutions, develop rapid prototypes, and demonstrate Salesforce capabilities while leading technical initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, CRM Analytics, and modern software practices, collaborating with stakeholders across the client organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Apex, Java, C#, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce.com (SFDC) or Force.com platform.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics, formerly Einstein Analytics.
• 3+ years of experience using version control tools such as GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Experience working within an Agile development environment.
• Strong communication skills interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise software development initiatives.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Medium Background Investigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and integrate solutions on the Salesforce.com (SFDC) and Force.com platforms.
• Design and develop Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Develop solutions using Salesforce Apex, Java, C#, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Develop rapid prototypes and demonstrate Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Translate client requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support Salesforce CRM Analytics.
• Plan and execute major technical phases of significant development projects.
• Coordinate technical activities across development and support teams.
• Interface directly with stakeholders at multiple levels of the client organization.
• Review the completion and implementation of technical products.
• Evaluate vendor technologies and capabilities as needed.
• Utilize version control tools such as GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Participate in Agile development activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and assist with training junior software engineering staff.
• Develop and maintain appropriate technical documentation.
