TechDigital Group seeks an experienced Salesforce Engineer with 10+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. The role focuses on building scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, and Vlocity components, and integrating with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

The candidate will mentor teams, ensure best practices, and deliver secure, high-performance customizations across omni-channel marketing and CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Strong with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficient in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize solutions on Salesforce platforms.
• Build Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and schedulers following best practices.
• Develop responsive Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components when required.
• Implement Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) components: OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable code with proper test coverage.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment using Salesforce tools.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure security and performance standards.
• Support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and production issue resolution.
