Job summary

VTS is seeking a Senior Salesforce & Integration Engineer to own Salesforce CPQ customization, Apex development, and the middleware layer that connects Salesforce CPQ to NetSuite. You’ll build scalable integrations, design field mappings, and enforce release discipline with Gearset, Copado, and Git.

You’ll collaborate with RevOps, Finance, and Sales, challenging proposals to ensure data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

Expertise in Salesforce CPQ with amendment flows, product configuration, pricing rules, renewal logic.
Apex development with clean, testable code and 90%+ test coverage.
Experience with ERP integrations and middleware data mappings to land in the ERP.
Release management experience with Gearset or Copado and Git workflows.
NetSuite data model understanding for ERP integrations.
Awareness of AI tooling in Salesforce ecosystem like Agentforce / Einstein.

Responsibilities

Own the technical customization and development of Salesforce CPQ, LWCs, Apex classes/triggers, and flows with high test coverage.
Design and scale the internal integration layer between Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite; manage field mappings, errors, retries, and monitoring.
Define and enforce a middleware-agnostic data model; avoid business logic in middleware.
Lead release discipline using Gearset, Copado, and Git-based workflows; eliminate change-set deployments.
Document architecture decisions, mappings, flows, and edge cases for future maintenance.
Collaborate with RevOps, Finance, and Sales as the internal technical reviewer of proposals.
