Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to design data models, architectures, and integrations across systems. You will lead Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning customization while guiding administrators to maximize out-of-the-box capabilities.

Preferred candidates have Platform Developer 2 Certification and strong experience with data migration, security, and governance. You’ll mentor teams, stay current with Salesforce trends, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7+ years of related experience in Salesforce
• Experience with integration tools and technologies
• Experience with migration, transformation, and cleansing strategies
• Platform Developer 2 Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Design data models, system architectures, and integrations to meet business needs
• Lead the configuration and customization of Salesforce applications, including Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other declarative features
• Collaborate with administrators to ensure the effective use of out-of-the-box Salesforce features
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, both internal and external
• Develop strategies for data migration, transformation, and cleansing
• Define and enforce governance policies related to Salesforce development and deployment
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
• Work with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams
• Stay abreast of Salesforce updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends
