Invitation Homes is seeking a senior software engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable frontend and backend services, with a focus on Salesforce ecosystems (Apex, Visualforce, LWC). The role includes mentoring, collaborating with product teams in an Agile environment, and maintaining existing products while adding new features.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software development, deep Salesforce experience, strong CI/CD and SQL skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or equivalent experience.
• At least five years in software development.
• Advanced knowledge of at least one high-level language (Apex/Java/NodeJS/Python).
• Experience on Salesforce platform with Apex/Visualforce/LWC and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong CI/CD knowledge.
• Understanding of SDLC and data structures.
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases.
• Excellent communication; mentoring ability.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I preferred; II a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy frontend and backend services for high availability and low latency.
• Build Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Lead design, development, testing, and debugging of software systems.
• Identify and resolve defects using dev tools, APM, and Salesforce logs.
• Write, test, review, deploy, and document code.
• Provide support and add features as requested by customers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and learn from peers.
