Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in a leadership role managing enterprise applications.
• Proven digital transformation leadership and delivery of large IT projects.
• Extensive Salesforce experience, ideally with multiple modules.
• Vendor and stakeholder management experience.
• Certifications: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence executives.
• Experience partnering with higher education is a plus.
• Strong agile/project management skills.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making.
