Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Enterprise-Wide Applications 2 to lead Salesforce and related enterprise applications across Business Development, Environmental Sustainability, and Mission Systems programs. You will own strategy, roadmaps, budgets, and governance, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in a remote environment.

The role oversees a team of Salesforce Administrators/Developers, aligns stakeholders, and drives adoption while ensuring security and compliance

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise or multi-sector applications.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize initiatives.
• Strong project management experience in software or enterprise application delivery.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading trainings, Q&A sessions, or communities of practice.
• Ability to collaborate with developers, administrators, and engineers to address issues.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce program strategy, roadmap, and governance for supported business areas.
• Translate objectives into Salesforce and enterprise application strategy.
• Lead communities of practice to drive standards and best practices.
• Lead a team of Salesforce Administrators/Developers; provide direction and coaching.
• Set goals, mentor staff, and foster continuous improvement.
• Engage with stakeholders to review priorities, roadmap, risks, and status.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Own and manage SOWs for internal and external delivery teams.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, design reviews, and change management.
• Lead projects involving Salesforce configuration, integrations, and enhancements.
• Apply PM best practices for planning, risk/issue management, and reporting.
• Ensure security, compliance, and architectural standards.
• Lead trainings, demos, and office hours to drive adoption.
