Apply project management best practices for planning, execution, risk/issue management, and reporting. Coordinate across initiatives to manage dependencies and balance short‑term needs with long‑term strategy.
  • Technical Oversight & Issue Resolution Work closely with developers and administrators to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and architectural standards. Support incident and problem management processes for Salesforce and related applications.
  • Training & Change Management Lead trainings, demos, and office hours to drive adoption and effective use of Salesforce. Oversee creation and maintenance of documentation, Concept of Operations (CONOPS), and training materials. Champion best practices and promote a culture of data stewardship and system ownership.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including functional leadership and program managers.
  • Experience leading trainings, Q&A sessions, or communities of practice related to technology or process change.
