Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Manager Enterprise-Wide Applications 2 in the United States. This strategic technology leadership role oversees an enterprise Salesforce program and related business applications across functions.

You will shape the platform strategy, governance, and execution while leading a team of administrators and developers, coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years’ enterprise app leadership experience.
• Proven ability to translate business priorities into technology roadmaps.
• Experience leading Salesforce or CRM platforms is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Formal people management or mentorship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce program strategy, roadmap, governance, and operating model.
• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce admins and developers.
• Act as primary technology partner for leadership, managing priorities and risks.
• Manage budgets, statements of work, vendor relationships, and licenses.
• Lead major enterprise app projects including Salesforce integrations and enhancements.
• Provide technical oversight with security, compliance, and architecture alignment.
• Establish governance frameworks and best practices for enterprise apps.
• Lead training, Q&A sessions, and documentation to drive adoption.
