IMR Soft LLC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Functional Lead in New York, NY with a hybrid work model (3 days onsite). You will spearhead complex Salesforce projects, drive functional solution design, and manage epics, features, and user stories through the SDLC, coordinating across product, business, and technical teams.

You will guide acceptance criteria, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of business value, leveraging Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or related field required.
8+ years leading technology solution delivery or enterprise implementations.
Strong SDLC, Agile, SAFe experience.
Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, test automation, release management).
Ability to lead cross-functional teams across business and technology.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled a Senior Salesforce Functional Lead to lead and deliver complex technology projects using Salesforce platform.

The Functional Lead responsible for driving business and functional solution design, leading PI Planning, defining epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, facilitating stakeholder alignment, managing requirements through the SDLC, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of business value through Salesforce and enterprise technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead PI Planning, aligning objectives, priorities, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define roadmaps, PI objectives, and feature priorities.
Develop process maps, data flows, business rules, and target-state business processes.
Facilitate requirements workshops, feature definition sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
Define and manage epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate functional design activities and project schedules across business and technology teams.
Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and business teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and drive mitigation plans.
Support testing, UAT, and release readiness to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Communicate project status, scope changes, decisions, and delivery outcomes to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of experience leading technology solution delivery, business transformation, or enterprise application implementations.
Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile delivery methodologies, and enterprise systems.
Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PI Planning, backlog management, RAID management, governance, and risk mitigation.
Experience supporting DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, test automation, release management, and production deployments.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives across business and technology organizations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Project, or similar delivery and collaboration tools.
Experience with Salesforce platform delivery, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and enterprise integrations.
PMP, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
