Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, including 2+ years with Service Cloud.
• Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, and REST APIs.
• Experience supporting SDLC in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations to enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Salesforce Service Cloud and integrated apps.
• Lead complex Salesforce enhancements with declarative config and custom development.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, architects, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Provide technical leadership during design, code reviews, and deployment planning.
• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, middleware, and event-driven tech.
• Design, execute, and support unit, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Analyze and resolve production issues with root cause analysis.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and production deployments.
• Mentor junior developers and share platform knowledge.
• Identify automation opportunities and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures.
