Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development including Apex, Flows, and LWC.
• 3+ years software engineering with Java/Python/JavaScript.
• Experience in Sales Cloud and CPQ domains.
• Knowledge of AI agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, and vector search.
• CI/CD with Jenkins and SFDX.
• Secure Salesforce development and data privacy practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving; able to drive technical direction and mentor.

Responsibilities

• Translate user stories into scalable technical designs; end-to-end feature execution.
• Architect secure, scalable Salesforce solutions for Sales/CPQ domains.
• Ensure 100% unit test coverage and maintain automated regression suite.
• Conduct PR reviews and mentor junior/mid-level developers.
• Manage deployment cycles, document changes, secure Jira approvals, validate in Production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams and stakeholders.
