Job summary

The Trade Desk is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Salesforce Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.

You'll work closely with cross‑functional teams including Sales Ops, Product, and Legal to build scalable solutions that drive revenue efficiency and user experience. This is a hands‑on engineering role focused on solving complex business problems using Apex, automation tools, and Salesforce best practices.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering related discipline with 8+ years' Salesforce Engineer experience (Sales Cloud).
• Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Flows.
• Strong understanding of data model design, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.
• Proven track record shipping production-grade code at scale.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with RESTful APIs and internal services.

Responsibilities

• Own technical design and end-to-end development within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Architect and implement scalable Apex components, LWC components, and design patterns.
• Build and maintain integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms.
• Drive automation across opportunity lifecycle, sales processes, and approvals.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales to translate business needs into reliable solutions.
• Review and enforce security, governor limits, and test coverage.
