Job summary

The Trade Desk is seeking an experienced Sr. Enterprise Salesforce Engineer to lead design and development of our Salesforce Sales Cloud.

You will architect scalable Apex and LWC components, build integrations, and drive automation across the opportunity lifecycle. Collaborate with Sales Ops, Product, and Legal to translate business needs into reliable solutions, while ensuring security, test coverage, and code quality.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years as a Salesforce Engineer focusing on Sales Cloud.
• Expertise in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Flows.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with RESTful APIs and internal services.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own technical design and end‑to‑end development within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Architect and implement scalable Apex and LWC components; enforce design patterns.
• Build and maintain integrations with internal systems and third‑party platforms.
• Drive automation across opportunity lifecycle and sales processes, including approvals.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to translate business needs into reliable solutions.
• Review and enforce security, governor limits, and test coverage.
• Lead technical projects across sprint cycles and mentor junior engineers.
• Maintain high code quality through peer reviews and CI/CD processes.
