Job summary

The Trade Desk is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Salesforce Engineer to lead design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. You will work with Sales Ops, Product, and Legal to build scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, and automation tools.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering related discipline (preferred)
• 8+ years of Salesforce Engineer experience with focus on Sales Cloud
• Expertise in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Flows
• Strong data model design, triggers, batch jobs, and async processing
• Proven track record shipping production-grade code at scale
• Experience integrating Salesforce with RESTful APIs and internal services
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Own technical design and end-to-end development within Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Architect and implement scalable Apex components, LWC components and design patterns
• Build and maintain integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms
• Drive automation across opportunity lifecycle, sales processes, and approvals
• Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to translate business needs into reliable solutions
• Review and enforce security, governor limits, and test coverage
• Lead technical projects across sprint cycles and mentor junior engineers
• Maintain high code quality through peer reviews and CI/CD processes
