Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Salesforce nCino Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable banking and lending solutions on Salesforce and nCino BOS. You will work with integrations, security, and governance to deliver robust applications.

The role requires 5+ years Salesforce development and 2+ years nCino experience, with hands-on Apex, LWC, Flows, and REST/SOAP integrations. This is a remote position open to qualified applicants in the US, with cross‑team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience.
• 2+ years of nCino implementation and development experience.
• Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow.
• SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce Security Model.
• Experience with DevOps and deployment tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, etc.).
• Strong understanding of banking and lending processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce and nCino.
• Configure and customize nCino modules: Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, Loan Origination, Customer Engagement.
• Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.
• Build and support integrations with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with Analysts and Architects to deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ensure adherence to security standards, governance, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues and support CI/CD deployment processes.
