Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Salesforce nCino Developer to design, develop, and implement banking and lending solutions on the Salesforce and nCino platforms. The role requires hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and integrations, along with a solid banking domain understanding.

The position offers a remote work arrangement open to qualified applicants in the US, with strong opportunities for collaboration with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform development.
• 2+ years of nCino implementation and development experience.
• Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow.
• SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Security Model, Integration patterns and APIs.
• Experience with DevOps and deployment tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum).
• Strong understanding of banking, lending, and financial services processes.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on Salesforce and nCino.
• Configure and customize nCino modules (Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, Loan Origination, Customer Engagement).
• Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
• Build and support REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Collaborate with analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit tests, deployment activities, and production support.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce and nCino security and governance policies.
• Troubleshoot issues across Salesforce and nCino applications.
• Support release management and CI/CD processes.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and technical discussions.
