Job summary

GreatAmerica is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Salesforce to design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience clouds. You will implement declarative and custom development using Apex and LWC, align with best practices, and ensure robust testing and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent; Salesforce Admin/Advanced Admin and Platform Developer certs required.
• 5-8 years of developer and admin experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components, Aura, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Advanced Salesforce API knowledge and integration patterns; CI/CD with Copado.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy Salesforce solutions across Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
• Implement unit tests and ensure code coverage; practice TDD.
• Add robust logging and diagnostics into deployed solutions.
• Collaborate with Copado for CI/CD and promote changes across environments.
• Refactor and optimize to improve value and team productivity.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide bug fixes; ensure data integrity and security.
