Job summary

ISN is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join the Enterprise CRM team in Dallas. You will build and maintain Salesforce solutions, perform code reviews, and support business requests by engaging with end-users in ongoing discussions.

The role requires 6+ years of Salesforce development, deep knowledge of Salesforce clouds, and experience managing a 900+ seat org. Strong collaboration and QA focus are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Web services development using REST, JSON, and XML.
• Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing), and Experience Cloud.
• Experience managing a large Salesforce org (900+ seats).
• Ability to question requirements and identify downstream impacts beyond stated acceptance criteria.
• Experience with code reviews.
• Interest in frequent end-user interaction and collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design Salesforce solutions using programmatic and declarative tools.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform events.
• Interact with end-users to discuss enhancements and translate requirements into technical specs.
• Perform Salesforce Admin tasks including user management, data management, and reports/dashboards.
• Conduct code reviews with strong QA focus.
• Identify gaps or downstream cross-cloud impacts not stated in requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, ISN software engineers, and end-users to improve functionality.
• Shadow business users to understand Salesforce usage and impact on daily roles.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance productivity across the SDLC.
