Job summary

Myticas Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team in a contract role based onsite in Plano, TX or Reston, VA. The candidate will design, develop, and implement enterprise Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable applications in an Agile environment.

The role emphasizes integrations, code quality, DevOps practices, and performance tuning to maintain enterprise standards.

Qualifications

4+ years hands-on Salesforce development in large-scale environments.
Experience with Apex Classes and Triggers, LWC, SOQL/SOSL.
Experience building complex Salesforce integrations using external APIs and middleware.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and implement complex Salesforce apps using Apex, LWC, Visualforce.
Develop secure, scalable integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders and architects.
Collaborate with product owners to align solutions with enterprise strategies.
Follow DevOps practices using Git, Salesforce DX (SFDX), Bitbucket, and GitLab.
Participate in peer code reviews and enforce coding standards and security guidelines.
Troubleshoot production issues, data integrity concerns, and defects.
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and maintainability standards.
