Job summary

ISNetworld seeks a Senior Software Developer to join the Enterprise CRM team. You will build Salesforce solutions, review code, and support business requests by engaging with end-users to refine requirements and deliver scalable integrations.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of Salesforce development, strong knowledge of MuleSoft, Apex, LWC, flows, and SOQL/SOSL, and experience managing large orgs. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer.
• Experience building large Salesforce orgs (900+ seats).
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing), and Experience Cloud.
• Comfortable with end-user interaction and cross-cloud impacts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design Salesforce solutions using programmatic and declarative tools.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform events.
• Interact with end-users to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions and enhancements.
• Perform Salesforce Admin functions including user, data, and reports/dashboards management.
• Conduct code reviews with attention to QA and detail.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts,ISN engineers, and stakeholders to improve functionality.
