Job summary

ISN Immigration in Dallas is seeking a Software Developer – ECRM to design Salesforce solutions and build integrations across teams. You will work within Agile teams to translate functional requirements into technical specs, deliver clean, well-documented, unit-tested code, and continuously improve Salesforce functionality.

Active Salesforce certifications are required, including Platform App Builder and Platform Developer I; telecommuting is permitted within commuting distance from the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field (or foreign equivalent).
• Three (3) years of experience in the job offered, or Salesforce Consultant, Consultant, or related occupation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design Salesforce solutions using programmatic and declarative tools.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware and platform events.
• Produce clean, efficient, well-formatted, well-documented code that is unit tested and follows current best practices.
• Translate functional requirements into Salesforce technical requirements.
• Work within and across Agile teams to develop, test, implement and support technical solutions across Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, business analysts and ISN software engineers to improve functionality and processes.
• Research new ways to improve existing functionality.
• Learn new software tools and skills as needed.
• Maintain in-depth working knowledge for assigned products, processes and team-wide projects.
• Proactively analyze and bring forth ideas for continuous improvement.
