Job summary

i4DM is seeking a Salesforce Developer (Mid) to support mission-critical Salesforce implementations for the VA and related enterprise systems. You will design, build, and deliver secure, scalable solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omni-Channel, and knowledge bases to enable efficient service delivery for Veterans and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years Salesforce development experience.
• Strong Apex, LWC, SOQL, integrations, and testing.
• Experience with asynchronous processing and event-driven design.
• Experience with OAuth, API security, and event architecture.
• Knowledge of Data Cloud and Agentforce development patterns.
• Experience with version control and CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Git).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I required.
• Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, AI Associate, Agentforce Specialist, MuleSoft Developer preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Apex, LWC, Platform Events, and integrations to support business requirements.
• Build REST APIs, event-driven solutions, and asynchronous processing.
• Integrate Salesforce with MuleSoft, Azure, and enterprise systems.
• Develop & optimize secure, scalable, testable code to comply with governor limits and platform best practices.
• Participate in solution design, technical planning, and effort estimation.
• Support CI/CD pipelines using Git, DevOps Center, Copado, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Implement Data Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein, and AI extensions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and debug complex defects.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Work in Agile DevSecOps teams.
